## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Manage client interactions, documentation review and issuance, system setups, account opening, maintenance, onboarding and KYC for Cash Management products.  Act as the clients’ single point of contact, resolve issues and coordinate with global partners to deliver accurate, timely service.  Manage assigned portfolios, processes and account-services projects across internal systems while maintaining cross-functional relationships.  Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures and maintain strong risk and control awareness.  Understand new requirements, provide end-to-end support, lead client queries and attend calls covering onboarding and project status. ## Kogo szukamy

2–5 years of experience in banking operations, KYC, finance, legal documentation review, account maintenance or Cash Management products.  Proficient English; European languages are an asset.  Experience in client interaction and building business partnerships and client relationships.  Ability to handle urgent and escalated cases and manage client and internal team expectations.  Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, investigative, problem-solving and analytical skills.  High motivation, persistence, attention to detail and organization in a high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.  Ability to multitask, learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.  Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
