## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Analyze processes and design solutions for client and operational needs.  Deliver business requirements, prepare test plans, and execute or oversee testing.  Collaborate with stakeholders, Product, Technology, Operations, and clients to align solutions with strategic goals.  Mitigate implementation and project risks and perform root cause analysis of operational problems.  Manage ad-hoc client and business queries and propose innovative improvements.  Contribute to project plans, resource estimates, and timelines.  Support department initiatives and strategic planning. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in change management or operational improvement, such as Lean or reengineering programmes.  Very good command of English and a sound understanding of financial markets.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to address varied audiences and seniority levels.  Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze processes, define requirements, design solutions, and coordinate testing.   Desirable experience:   Experience with asset management clients, investment fund vehicles, or Securities Services operations.  Understanding of the BABOK standard or IIBA certification.  Knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL.
