Responsibilities: Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, models, standards, and principles. Define logical and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements. Design data flows, integration layers, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and message queues. Contribute to data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms. Implement data governance across data domains, metadata, quality, and reference data. Ensure data protection and GDPR compliance with security and compliance teams. Support data strategy and data culture across the organisation. Document data structures, standards, and methodologies. Provide expert guidance on data-layer design. Expertise with relational databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL and modern cloud data platforms across Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS, Talend, Informatica, dbt, Synapse, or Data Factory. Knowledge of data governance, MDM, and metadata management.
