The platform analyses consumer engagement across TV, digital, and connected devices, using real-time, consented data to deliver audience insights and content analytics for media and advertising. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of data science projects, from scoping and solution design to production. Select and document methodologies, models, metrics, and timelines. Build production-quality Python and PySpark solutions on Databricks. Apply DataOps/MLOps best practices, including experiment tracking, orchestration, monitoring, and reproducibility. Develop ML/AI workflows such as entity resolution, probabilistic record linkage, embeddings, semantic similarity, and LLM-augmented pipelines. Create reusable tools and documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior data scientists. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations on scalable solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s preferred. Advanced Python with production-quality, tested code. Strong SQL and PySpark, including billion-row datasets. Hands-on Databricks: Workflows, Delta Lake, and job orchestration. Working knowledge of AWS or GCP. Strong ML fundamentals: regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation, and experimental design. MLOps experience: experiment tracking, Airflow orchestration, and reproducible deployment. Familiarity with RAG, LLM applications, vector databases, and semantic search. Strong communication and documentation skills. English: Intermediate+. Nice to have: Knowledge graphs, entity resolution, RDF/OWL/SPARQL, record linkage, identity graphs, or embedding-based matching. Causal inference, A/B testing, synthetic control, or uplift modeling. Deduplication, enrichment, or web-to-TV linkage. Media/ad tech experience: TV/ACR/STB, audience modelling, cross-platform measurement, or privacy-aware identity resolution.
