## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:     Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and reliable backend services according to business needs.     Driving technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features.     Conducting cross-team collaboration to deliver cohesive and optimal solutions.     Actively participating in code reviews and architectural discussions; helping raise the overall technical level of backend services.     Writing clean, effective, and maintainable code based on company standards.     Taking ownership of backend services lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and maintaining services in the production environment.     Setting up and maintaining observability infrastructure: metrics, logging, dashboards, and tracing.     Mentoring and guiding other engineers, advocating for best practices and high standards.     Participating in agile practices (discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, demos).

## Kogo szukamy

Must-haves:     Commercial backend engineering for 5+ years, with experience solving complex problems in high-load environments.     Strong knowledge of Go, with advanced features applied in practice (generics, reflection, unsafe, custom synchronization primitives).     Strong SQL knowledge: schema design, scaling strategies (replication, partitioning, sharding), query optimization for high-load environments.     In-depth knowledge of Redis: various data structures and their efficient use in high-load systems.     Experience with sync/async inter-service communication (gRPC, message brokers), focused on reliability under high load.     Deep understanding of microservice architecture patterns and efficient client–server interactions, incl. trade-offs and limitations.     Proven ability to design and implement a full observability strategy: metrics, logging, dashboards, distributed tracing.     Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes (or analogues), cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).     Ability to write maintainable, testable code with solid unit/integration test coverage.
