Our customer is an electricity transmission system operator responsible for the reliable and secure operation of high-voltage power infrastructure. The project is focused on supporting and enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem for an energy infrastructure company. Responsibilities: Eliciting, , and validating business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management. Translating business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. Leading and coordinating the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensuring that delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Providing expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy. Supporting continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation ## Kogo szukamy Must-haves: Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant for 2+ years. Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystems. Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above. Level of German – from Advanced or above.
