## Opis stanowiska

Andersen is hiring an   SAP Product Operations & Authorization Consultant with German   for a project optimizing SAP processes and delivering scalable identity and authorization solutions.    Our customer   is a large infrastructure organization focused on operating and enhancing complex, business-critical systems.     The project   is focused on developing, standardizing, and optimizing SAP intake and requirements management processes for authorization and identity services.    Responsibilities:    Designing and maintaining standardized SAP demand intake processes, governance, and documentation.    Evaluating, prioritizing, and managing business and technical requirements.    Capturing, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements using modern Requirements Engineering practices.    Creating and maintaining user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirement traceability.    Providing technical consulting on SAP Authorization Management, including SAP ABAP Authorizations, SAP BTP Roles, Cloud Identity Services, and optionally SAP IDM.    Ensuring alignment between business requirements, governance, and SAP platform capabilities.    Defining and maintaining quality gates, reviewing backlogs, and validating requirement quality and feasibility.

## Kogo szukamy

Must-haves:    Experience in SAP Authorization Management for 3+ years.  Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP Authorizations.  Practical experience with SAP BTP Authorizations and SAP Cloud Identity Services.  Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, including requirement analysis, qualification, and documentation.  Experience designing, documenting, and optimizing intake and demand management processes.  Strong understanding of governance frameworks and requirements management best practices.  Experience analyzing and improving service delivery and platform-related processes.  Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)  Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.  Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
