## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Responding to customers from the Russian market via phone, chat and e-mail, handling both inbound and outbound contact.  Working sensitively with confidential travel-related information, including hotel bookings and plane tickets.  Maintaining a proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude. ## Kogo szukamy
