## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Respond to customers by phone, chat and email, inbound and outbound, for the Russian market.  Handle confidential travel information, including hotel bookings and plane tickets, with sensitivity.  Provide proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding customer service.  Represent a popular travel agency as a brand ambassador.   Offer:   Employment contract or civil contract, with full-time and part-time options.  Modern workplace at Zabrska 19 in Katowice.  Team-building events and team leader support throughout the cooperation.  Fully paid training before direct customer contact.  Polish and English language classes.  Recognition and performance awards, including financial awards.  Referral campaign with earnings of up to PLN 4,000 gross.  Free courses via Concentrix University and LinkedIn Learning.

## Kogo szukamy

Russian language skills at C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.  Availability for a flexible schedule, including evening work until 11:00 PM CET, three weekends per month and local public holidays.  Previous experience in customer service, a call center, tourism or the airline industry is preferred.
