## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Support client production and test environments, maintaining stability and performance.  Turn client needs into actionable solutions and product enhancements.  Design, develop and maintain scalable software components and infrastructure.  Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize system architecture.  Coordinate delivery objectives and client outcomes with global stakeholders across time zones.   Benefits & rewards:   Hybrid work in Wrocław with at least 3 office days weekly. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  Hands-on software engineering experience.  Strong Linux expertise and experience in DevOps or programming roles.  Proficiency in Python, Bash or Shell; Java is preferred.  Clear communication skills and experience in client-facing or collaborative matrixed environments.   Preferred qualifications:   Experience in a client-facing or customer support engineering role.  Background in finance, fintech or regulated industries.  Experience collaborating across global teams and cultural contexts.
