## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Conduct independent reviews and challenge activities under the CCRRO annual review plan.  Assess processes, controls, methodologies and calculations for regulatory capital metrics, including Standardized and Advanced RWA, G-SIB surcharge and SLR.  Review capital interpretations for consistency with Basel regulations, guidance and internal policies.  Communicate testing progress, observations and emerging risks to management and stakeholders.  Support Basel III Endgame readiness and second-line oversight enhancements.  Build RWA and capital risk analytics using AI, Python, Tableau, LLM capabilities and internal or external data.  Create management reports and dashboards for senior decision-making.   Benefits and work model:   Hybrid working model with up to two days working from home per week. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory capital, Basel RWA, capital reporting, capital controllers, capital risk management, internal audit or a related function.  Experience reviewing large and complex datasets and performing analytical assessments.  Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities, including Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI or similar tools.  Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts to senior stakeholders.  Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.   Preferred qualifications:   Master’s degree and an additional professional certification.  Experience in Basel regulatory capital controlling, regulatory capital reporting such as FFIEC 101 or FR Y-9C, or regulatory capital oversight.  Strong understanding of Basel III Endgame.  Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning and large language models for business analytics.
