## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Investigate CCR data quality issues for the Client and Markets organization and identify root causes.  Define remediation solutions with Technology, Business and Modelling teams.  Remediate issues affecting PSE, NSE, RWA, stress losses, VaR, liquidity and capital calculations.  Develop plans for consistent data usage across risk calculations and document, monitor and prioritize Risk initiatives.  Lead enterprise initiatives, communicate strategic insights and partner with Risk and Technology stakeholders.  Assess risk in business decisions, follow applicable laws, regulations and policies, and transparently escalate control issues. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Experience with financial markets and credit risk, especially derivatives and securities financing transactions.  Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau or MS Power BI, and data analytics.  Experience with data management, process mapping, data lineage tools, SQL or SAS.  Detail orientation, urgency, self-starting attitude, prioritization and the ability to manage competing priorities.  Ability to explain complex data governance, policy and regulatory issues clearly and document them accurately.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.   Preferred:   Previous banking or financial services experience.  Master’s degree.
