## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Perform technical SEO audits covering performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, errors and redirects.  Identify improvement areas, recommend changes and verify their implementation.  Monitor traffic metrics and identify optimization opportunities.  Co-create and execute a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic.  Collaborate with development, infrastructure, SEO, content and other stakeholder teams.  Provide technical SEO guidance and follow industry news and trends.   Offer:   Employment agreement with a gross monthly salary of 10,900–12,900 PLN.  100% remote work in Poland with flexible working hours and optional office spaces. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   3–5 years of on-site and technical SEO experience, preferably for international SaaS websites or marketplaces.  Extensive practical SEO knowledge and experience with technical audits, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization and troubleshooting SEO issues.  Knowledge of Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest and similar tools.  Knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced operations, macros and Apps Script; schema markup; HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.  Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot and at least one coding harness.  Basic knowledge of Jira or other Kanban tools, Google Workspace, Meet, Zoom and Slack.  English and Polish, spoken and written, at minimum B2 level.  Ability to reverse-engineer solutions, collaborate with technical teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.   Nice to have:   Agency background and experience with site migrations.  Python, SQL or BigQuery for larger data sets.  Basic Google Cloud Platform knowledge and web accessibility audit experience.
