## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.  Source technical specialists on LinkedIn and build a professional network.  Create and publish job ads and support the careers page.  Coordinate interviews, prepare candidate profiles and work in the Traffit ATS.  Liaise with industry job boards and co-run the employee referral programme.   Working model and offer:   Start on-site during onboarding at the Bydgoszcz office on ul. Gdańska, then work in a hybrid model with 4–5 remote days per month.  Flexible daily start between 7:00 and 9:00.  Choose an employment contract at 5,500–6,400 PLN gross per month or a mandate contract at 32–36 PLN gross per hour.  Receive onboarding, a development path in IT recruitment, a laptop, phone, Multisport card, private medical care and group insurance.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Initial experience in recruiting technical roles.  Ability to conduct phone conversations with candidates.  Understanding of the difference between backend and frontend roles.  English at B2/C1 level.  Interest in technology, people and new tools.  Willingness to learn; candidates may be studying or recently graduated.   Nice to have:   Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools such as Traffit, Canva, Microsoft, Google, Teams or Slack tools.  Ability to use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.  Studies in English philology, linguistics, psychology or management.
