## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Lead strategic design projects end-to-end, from challenge framing through launch readiness.  Structure complex challenges into actionable plans using frameworks such as the Project Pyramid.  Align C-level executives, ministries and enterprise stakeholders.  Bridge business, design and technology while protecting the design vision.  Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers and developers to deliver measurable impact.   Cooperation terms:   Remote B2B cooperation based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality and clear communication.  Use an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment and project tools required for delivery, security or client compliance.  Commercial range: 20,000–25,000 PLN net plus VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.  Long-term B2B collaborators may purchase MultiSport or enel-med packages on preferential group terms.

## Kogo szukamy

Solid UX and/or UI design background with strong craft foundations.  Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms, government services or complex corporate ecosystems.  Strong business literacy and ability to connect design decisions with strategy.  Excellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills.  Ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure.  English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
