## Opis stanowiska

Duties and responsibilities:   Review and process incoming privacy requests using online tools and assess their validity against client policies.  Handle privacy cases and regulatory inquiries with client policy specialists using the response framework.  Maintain high quality and meet weekly productivity targets.  Keep up to date with policy and protocol changes with Training and Quality teams.  Collaborate on projects improving internal efficiency and develop data, tool and quality-assessment skills.  Support additional workflows, products and markets when business needs or volumes require it, including the English market and work using a Translation Tool. Required qualifications:   Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.  Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and sound judgment.  Ability to review internet content that may include graphic, violent or sexual material.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs and learn new tools quickly.  Good computer literacy.   Competencies:   Initiative, results orientation, collaboration, teamwork, organisation, planning, resilience and adaptability.   Desirable:   Google Suite skills.  Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience in online operations, privacy or legal support.
