## Opis stanowiska

Project overview:   Support global manufacturing plants in solving mechanical and thermomechanical production challenges.  Serve as the technical interface between Manufacturing Operations and Product Engineering, improving product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.  Work with mechanical design, manufacturing, simulation, materials and reliability teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.  Work in a hybrid model from Kraków, with 3 days per week in the office.   Responsibilities:   Analyze and resolve mechanical and thermomechanical production issues, including design, assembly, tolerance, structural and reliability problems.  Lead root cause, failure and technical investigations; support containment, Design of Experiments and validation activities.  Evaluate mechanical interfaces, tolerance stack ups, material behavior and manufacturing process impacts.  Assess supplier changes, document technical findings and communicate recommendations to global stakeholders.  Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement through engineering standards and lessons learned.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.  8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing support or product development.  Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes.  Experience with root cause analysis, failure analysis, structured problem solving, Design of Experiments and engineering investigations.  Understanding of materials behavior, mechanical interfaces and product reliability.  Ability to translate technical findings into practical design and manufacturing improvements.  Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; ability to work independently in global cross functional teams.  Role technologies include CAD, mechanical design validation, mechanical simulation, structural analysis, reliability testing, manufacturing and assembly, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Ishikawa and DFMEA.   Nice to have:   Automotive electronics or power electronics experience; background in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, reliability or materials; knowledge of thermal management, Thermal Interface Materials and durability testing; familiarity with APQP and PPAP.
