## Opis stanowiska

Project and work model:   Build and enhance a greenfield financial application in the Structured Loan Manager and Covenant area in an Agile setup with a dedicated business team.  Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week in the office and flexible work organization.  Benefit from additional training financed by Jit, regular integration meetings and a Scandinavian culture supporting work life balance.   Responsibilities:   Design, develop and maintain full stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot and React.  Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and create user stories.  Create intuitive, high quality interfaces focused on user experience.  Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design and team discussions.  Develop and execute end to end tests while improving processes, code quality and collaboration.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Strong commercial experience in full stack development with Java 17+, Spring Boot and React.  Alternatively, 8+ years of hands on React experience and a strong interest in developing backend expertise in Java.  Experience with JPA and relational databases and experience in Agile development teams.  Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.  Strong communication skills and fluent English.   Technology stack:   Java 17+, React, Spring Boot, JPA and Selenium.  Liquibase, Maven and Cucumber.
