## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Perform daily reconciliation of general ledger balances against sub-ledger balances.  Prepare reconciliation packages and clear accounting exceptions and mismatched items.  Monitor aged breaks on balance sheet accounts and analyze recurring issues.  Support process improvements, financial reporting deadlines and assigned projects.  Respond to Balance Sheet Substantiation team information requests and communicate with stakeholders.  Apply accounting principles, assess risk and escalate control issues in line with applicable policies and regulations.   Working model and benefits:   Full-time hybrid working model with up to two work-from-home days per week. ## Kogo szukamy

0–2 years of relevant accounting experience; financial services experience is an advantage.  Proficiency in English.  Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive accounting bases.  CPA certification or equivalent local accreditation.
