## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Manage multiple teams within Payment Operations Business Service.  Handle queries accurately to meet agreed quality standards and targets.  Complete tasks in line with established procedures and standards.  Identify and escalate issues, transactions and potential showstoppers affecting service delivery or potential loss to the bank.  Respond to process-related emails and queries promptly, copying the Line Manager where required.  Support business partners and maintain knowledge of procedures and payment products.   Offer:   Monthly gross salary of 7,634–9,500 PLN, with discretionary variable pay.  Healthcare, pension, life assurance, Multisport card, private medical care, life insurance, flexible working hours and free parking.  One-time home-office set-up reimbursement of up to 800 PLN and financial support for training and education.

Key requirements:   Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.  Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.  Ability to work effectively as part of a team.  Computer literacy.  Fluent English.   Assets:   German or another additional language.  Professional experience in a shared-services environment.  General knowledge of payments and the SWIFT communication channel.
