01 Zakres zadań

Scope of work:

Prepare print-ready files in line with DTP principles, typography, composition and print-production standards.
Work directly with printing houses, including preparing and sending production files.
Clarify technical questions with printing houses by email and phone when needed.
Ensure high-quality print output through careful attention to detail.

What we offer:

Approximately 30 hours of freelance work per month, with availability partly between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CET.
Choice of a B2B contract or contract of mandate, with a rate of 80–100 PLN per hour.
Access to necessary digital tools, the knowledge library and ClickUp.
Optional team integrations and a Multisport card on preferential terms.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

Experience as a DTP Designer and a portfolio demonstrating print-production work.
Excellent knowledge of DTP principles and print-production processes.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign.
Experience preparing print-ready files and cooperating directly with printing houses.
Excellent sense of composition, typography and print-production standards.
Availability during business hours, with part of the working time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CET.
Self-sufficiency, time-management, communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to communicate in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

Previous experience collaborating with printing houses.
