## Opis stanowiska

Requirements     Experience:  Min. 4 years (Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Dev). End-to-end solution delivery.   Core Web Stack:  Modern web app architecture. Required: PHP, Laravel, React.js or Vue.js.   Tech Skills:  Design patterns, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code. REST APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of performance, security, caching, and monitoring.   Legacy:  Hands-on experience in refactoring, modernizing, and migrating legacy systems.   Infrastructure:  CI/CD, test automation, and QA.   Business & Comm:  Evaluating trade-offs (cost vs. time vs. tech). Workshops, presentations, fluent Dev-Business communication. Agile/Scrum.   Language:  English min. B2 (direct client contact).    Nice to Have    Software house/agency experience (fixed-price models, external clients).  Working in distributed, international teams.  Creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical prototypes.  Practical use of AI in software development.

## Kogo szukamy

Responsibilities    Designing target architecture, data flows, and integrations. Selecting technologies and assessing their impact (cost, performance, security). Writing technical documentation.  Leading discovery workshops, presales support (proposals, RFPs, estimations), and presenting architecture to clients.  Leading teams end-to-end. Organizing Sprint 0 (environments, CI/CD, repositories). Mentoring, code reviews, enforcing clean code, and managing risks.  Ensuring data security (GDPR), collaborating closely with other departments (UX, QA, DevOps), and overseeing AI utilization within the team.  Designing interactions across Frontend, Backend, APIs, and Cloud.  Refactoring and migrating legacy solutions.  Managing technical debt, web app performance, security, caching, and monitoring.    Offer     Salary:  Up to 34,000 PLN net (B2B) or equivalent employer cost on an employment contract (UoP).   Work Model:  Hybrid (Gdańsk office on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
