## Opis stanowiska

Key responsibilities:   Advise development teams on architecture, infrastructure and design needs.  Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria and a prioritized backlog.  Collaborate with architects, engineers, QA and DevOps on feasibility and integration.  Act as liaison between customers and development teams, explaining technical complexity and estimates.  Work with UI/UX designers to define customer experience.  Prioritize features, technical debt, infrastructure enhancements and architectural updates.  Track sprint progress, resolve blockers and coordinate dependencies, resources and releases.   Role details:   Permanent contract with availability from September 2026.  Hybrid work in Wrocław at Silver Tower Office Centre: 2 days every 2 weeks, flexibly arranged.  Reporting line to a Manager or Team Lead.

## Kogo szukamy

Required qualifications:   Technical background and understanding of software development practices, software architecture, databases, microservices and API design.  Familiarity with cloud platforms, UX/UI principles and prototyping workflows.  Practical Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint planning, cross-functional coordination and backlog refinement.  Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.  Ability to set technical priorities, resolve dependencies and guide teams.  Bachelor's or Master's degree.   Additional advantage:   Experience developing connected services in the automotive industry.
