## Opis stanowiska

Work model and offer:   Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with 2 or 3 days per week in the office.  Flexible work organization and Scandinavian culture supporting work life balance.  Jit finances additional training and organizes regular integration meetings.   Project:   Develop and enhance an enterprise risk management platform for non financial risks in a large financial organization.  Modernize risk processes, reporting, data visualization and business decision support through Microsoft Power Platform.   Responsibilities:   Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data visualizations.  Design and optimize data models, ETL processes and reporting solutions.  Work with structured and unstructured data using MS SQL, DAX and Microsoft Power Platform.  Gather reporting requirements with business stakeholders and deliver data driven solutions.  Work in an Agile environment and support continuous improvement.  Ensure reliable, high quality and user friendly reporting solutions.

## Kogo szukamy

Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.  Strong expertise in MS SQL and DAX.  Advanced MS Excel skills for data preparation, transformations and table relationships.  Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, data optimization, data handling, reporting and data visualization.  Experience working in Agile teams.  Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
