## Opis stanowiska

Project and role:   Support advertising delivery and display in a high traffic native iOS application for a major Polish e commerce platform.  Work at the intersection of native mobile development and AdTech, applying IAB standards while balancing monetization, user experience and main thread performance.  Use JavaScript in WebViews to investigate ad creative event reporting while maintaining the native technology stack.  Work 100% remotely with flexible organization, long term cooperation in a stable ecosystem and regular integration meetings.   Responsibilities:   Integrate video, display and native ad formats in the main application.  Optimize video ad playback, transitions and tracking events.  Collaborate with Core Mobile teams on architecture, security and performance.  Maintain GDPR consent management and adapt privacy solutions to system changes.  Debug issues across native code, advertising SDKs and web creatives.  Design communication between the mobile app and advertising systems.  Support high traffic scale and work with reactive programming, Jetpack Compose, coroutines, A B testing, open source and Agile Scrum.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Over 5 years of commercial experience developing native iOS applications with Swift.  In depth understanding of MVVM, MVI and Clean Architecture.  Practical WebKit and WKWebView experience, including WKScriptMessageHandler and native to web communication.  Solid JavaScript, HTML and CSS knowledge for web advertising integration and debugging.  Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous programming and efficient data processing.  Proficiency in unit and integration testing, plus knowledge of Git, software engineering principles, data structures and algorithms.   Additional competencies:   Reactive programming with RxJava, RxKotlin or Combine, plus Jetpack Compose and coroutines.  Experience with A B testing frameworks, open source or a strong GitHub profile, and Agile Scrum.  Proactive problem solving and focus on excellent user experience.
