## Opis stanowiska

Project:   Coordinate large scale storage migration initiatives in a financial enterprise environment, supporting secure NAS migration, business continuity and operational stability.  Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, Release Management and project leads to track delivery against agreed timelines.  Maintain and develop Power BI reporting to show migration status and project performance.   Responsibilities:   Lead the Business Analysts team and plan storage migration activities.  Participate in and lead NAS migration initiatives.  Collaborate with Release Management and communicate with stakeholders daily.  Own, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.  Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, follow up on requests from management and Project Managers, and monitor progress with regular status updates.   Work model and offer:   Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week in the office. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Strong knowledge of NAS technologies, including CIFS, SMB and NFS.  Experience with NAS migrations, storage environments and migration processes.  Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI for reporting and dashboard management.  Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.  Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment.  Fluent written and spoken English.   Nice to have:   Familiarity with SharePoint trackers and reporting tools.  Knowledge of DataDobi StorageMAP.
