## Opis stanowiska

Project:   Develop and modernise Java based microservices and integration components connecting IMSecurities with Nordea systems.  Support business flow and volume migration, new business logic and rearchitecture in a financial platform.   Responsibilities:   Design, develop, test, deploy and support microservices and integrations.  Analyse requirements, business and system flows, logs and data flows, and troubleshoot production issues.  Plan deployments and releases, collaborate with developers, analysts, QA and infrastructure teams.  Work in Agile Scrum with Jira, share knowledge and promote good development practices.   Work model and offer:   Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa, with 2 or 3 days weekly in the office.  Flexible organisation, international English speaking environment and Scandinavian work life balance.  Additional training financed by Jit and regular integration meetings.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 10 years of Java backend development in large scale enterprise environments.  SQL, relational databases and preferably Oracle.  Messaging and event driven integration, preferably IBM MQ and Kafka.  Containerized environments and Kubernetes.  REST services, microservices and integration patterns.  Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines.  Automated testing with JUnit and Testcontainers.  Requirements, system flow, log, data flow and production issue analysis.  Fluent English.   Nice to have:   Banking or trading experience.  Cloud ready application design and experience modernising integration in regulated domains.  Containerisation around vendor platforms or legacy systems.  Test automation, static code analysis and AI assisted development tools.
