## Opis stanowiska

Project   Support a financial project focused on migrating NAS based file shares.  Coordinate cross team activities and structured migration plans in line with milestones, timelines, governance standards and stakeholder expectations.   Responsibilities   Manage migration activities and track milestones and timelines.  Coordinate Business Areas and technical SPOCs.  Track QRA and ORC processes and security and risk compliance.  Organise meetings, document outcomes and follow up on actions.  Report progress, risks and blockers, identify dependencies and escalate delivery issues.   Work model and benefits   Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with three days per week from the office. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements   Previous experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS file share migrations.  Basic understanding of risk, compliance and security frameworks, including QRA and ORC.  Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.  Strong coordination, tracking and follow up capabilities.  Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.  Ability to work in English in an international environment.  Experience with NAS and file share technologies, enterprise file services, collaboration and reporting tools.   Nice to have   Familiarity with file services and NAS environments.
