## Opis stanowiska

Role and responsibilities:   Interface between manufacturing plants and Product Engineering; perform first level analysis of production issues and coordinate investigations.  Analyze electrical behavior, tolerances, margins and derating across production, environmental and system conditions.  Coordinate containment, escalation, corrective actions and DoE to isolate failures and identify root causes.  Investigate power semiconductors, gate drive circuits, power supplies, passive components and electronic control hardware.  Collaborate with electrical design, simulation, EMC, validation and reliability teams; assess supplier changes, PCNs, obsolescence and alternatives.  Apply 8D and statistical analysis, document findings, communicate recommendations, and incorporate lessons into guidelines, standards and DFMEAs.  Drive continuous improvement in product robustness, quality, manufacturing efficiency and reliability.   Work context:   Support advanced power electronics and eMobility products for automotive plants across Poland, Luxembourg and Portugal.  Hybrid from Kraków, three days weekly in the office; occasional travel to Luxembourg and Viana, Portugal.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.  At least 8 years in electrical engineering, power electronics, manufacturing support or product development.  Strong understanding of power electronics, circuit behavior, component variation, tolerance analysis and real world electrical performance.  Experience with production testing, characterization, validation or failure analysis.  Familiarity with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Design of Experiments and statistical analysis.  Technical data analysis, practical problem solving, strong communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work independently while managing multiple technical investigations.   Preferred qualifications:   5+ years in automotive electronics or power electronics products.  Experience in hardware design, test engineering or production launch activities.  Familiarity with semiconductor based power conversion and automotive quality processes, including APQP and PPAP.
