## Opis stanowiska

Tasks:   Provide technical information and support to household appliance and RTV equipment users according to project guidelines.  Diagnose and resolve technical problems.  Explain products and their functionality.  Enter customer requests into the system.   What we offer:   Civil contract: PLN 60 gross per hour on-site in Warsaw or PLN 55 gross per hour fully remotely.  Bonus system and MyBenefit points exchangeable for a sports card, shopping codes and cinema tickets.  Flexible scheduling based on declared availability and project needs. After meeting operational requirements and performance standards, on-site work may change to hybrid work: three weeks remote and one week on-site.   Recruitment process:   Initial phone or email screening.  Language test.  Online interview with English verification.  Decision communication.

## Kogo szukamy

Fluent Finnish at C1 level.  Excellent English at B2 level.  Basic knowledge of operating household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines and TVs.  Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.  Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month.  Availability during Monday to Friday project operating hours, 8:00–17:00, with hours selected from available time slots.
