## Opis stanowiska

Role:   Support international recruitment and employer branding through hands-on recruitment and stakeholder collaboration.  Provide back-office support for transport planners and assist the Transport Manager with IT-system changes and monthly reporting.  Resolve IT-system issues for planners and transport companies; manage onboarding procedures for new transport companies in Genk.  Enter tariffs in PSD for every region and add regions to transport platforms.  Close monthly transport costs, including transport reinvoicing creation and validation, fuel-surcharge adjustments and reporting.  Deliver OFU data and prepare and distribute performance reports for each transport company.  Resolve dispatch and weighing-bridge issues; validate invoices in SAP Workflow and delivery data.  Back up the central PSD support team.   What we offer:   Hybrid model: office daily during the three-month probation; afterwards, two home-office and three office days weekly. ## Kogo szukamy

Knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and Google Workspace.  Reporting skills.  English is required; French and Dutch are additional assets.  Team-oriented and able to work independently.
