## Opis stanowiska

Strategize around best-in-class analytics and insights setups as well as prepare for scaling of data/reporting capabilities.  Implementation of Tag Management setups (mainly Google Tag Manager).  Specify data layer requirements to our developers, support them in the implementation and validate the implementation.  Collaborate with the technical stakeholders in the organization to ensure high quality tracking implementation that supports the commercial KPIs.  Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize tracking setups.  Establish and systematically perform processes to assess and validate data accuracy.  Provide training to the marketing team on the best practices of using GA4 reports.

## Kogo szukamy

Prior experience working extensively with Google Analytics, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, data layer and custom event tracking.  Experience with 3rd party marketing analytic tools such as Facebook pixels, conversion APIs, App marketing SDK etc.  Experience with implementing and maintaining Server Side Tracking.  Some experience with supporting analytics tech, such as data warehouses/lakes, BigQuery, SuperMetrics, Braze, etc.  Practical knowledge of HTML and common Web publishing technologies.  Comfortable working with data, analysis and reporting.  Team player and proactive nature.  Attention to detail.  Ambitious and curious on all areas of our technical operations and product development.
