## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Attributes.  Collect web and mobile data using Web SDK and Mobile SDK, including XDM, data streams and identity management.  Design and operate server side measurement, Event Forwarding and custom scripts.  Define data layers, event taxonomies and acceptance criteria for IT teams and vendors.  Integrate analytics with Microsoft Azure and other MarTech platforms.  Support tracking for marketing channels, CRO, A B testing, personalisation and audience delivery.  Cooperate with development, CRO, UX UI, SEO, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Data Science and Product teams.  Perform QA, report defects and complete regression testing after releases.   Project and offer:   IT services project for an airline, based in Warsaw, with 100% remote work from Poland.  Full time B2B engagement at 100 to 140 PLN net per hour, starting ASAP through the end of 2026, with possible extension.  Private medical and dental care covering 70% of costs, Multisport card and life insurance.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   3 to 4 years of experience in technical digital analytics implementation.  Hands on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Attributes experience.  Adobe Web SDK implementation: data streams, XDM mapping, event construction, identity and consent handling.  Adobe Mobile SDK for native iOS and Android applications, including extensions, mobile properties, lifecycle and custom events.  Server side measurement using Event Forwarding in Adobe Launch, server side GTM, Conversions API or similar integrations.  Strong Tag Management Systems experience, including server side deployments and tracking code optimisation.  Very good JavaScript and working knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure.  Understanding of privacy and data protection regulations and consent policies.  English at minimum B2 level.   Nice to have:   Adobe Real Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Python, SQL and Power BI.  Agile, Scrum, A B testing and personalisation experience.
