Senior Fullstack Developer

Project information:

• Long-term product development project based in Warsaw, Poland.
• Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
• Full-time B2B cooperation at 100 to 130 PLN net per hour.
• Start ASAP, depending on availability; EU citizenship and residence in Poland required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and testable full stack applications.
• Develop Java microservices with Spring Boot and design modern Single Page Applications.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, high-performance technical solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain existing applications while delivering new features and services.
• Apply software engineering, testing, code quality and security standards; participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Work in Agile teams in an international, English-speaking environment.

Key requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full stack development experience across backend and frontend.
• Excellent knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with experience in microservices-based applications.
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies and Single Page Applications.
• Experience designing secure, scalable and high-performance applications.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, code quality and clean architecture.
• Experience in Agile environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Very good English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in international enterprise environments.
