Responsibilities:

Develop, modify and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, data models, DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
Analyze reporting solutions, business requirements, dependencies and data quality, translating needs into reliable reports.
Support Power BI operations, including refreshes, gateways, connectivity, data ingestion, workspaces, governance and deployments.
Investigate report failures, refresh issues and data quality problems while improving performance and dashboard usability.
Connect reports to SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, SharePoint, enterprise applications and business systems.
Implement Row Level Security, follow reporting standards, participate in knowledge transfer with client SMEs and maintain technical and operational documentation.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

3 to 5+ years of Power BI development and support experience.
Strong hands on skills in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query and DAX.
Experience in data modeling, report development, SQL and relational databases.
Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources and understanding of workspaces, datasets, reports and dashboards.
Experience with Row Level Security, dataset refresh and gateway management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and very good command of English.
European Union citizenship and residence in Poland.

Nice to have:

Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
VBA knowledge and enterprise reporting support experience.
Experience in legal, professional services or regulated industries.
Power BI Report Server familiarity.
Knowledge of CI/CD and release management for reporting platforms.
