## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Design, develop and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines for structured and semi structured data.  Build and optimize lakehouse solutions for analytics, reporting and regulatory use cases.  Ingest data from databases, APIs, files and messaging or event streams.  Transform, validate and quality check end to end data flows.  Translate stakeholder requirements into data solutions with Business Analysts.  Support production, analyze incidents and optimize performance.  Apply data governance, security and regulatory standards.   Project details:   Hybrid work with two office days weekly in Wrocław or Poznań.  IT Services project until the end of 2026, with possible extension and ASAP start.  Full time B2B engagement at 120 to 130 PLN net per hour.  Applicants must be EU citizens residing in Poland.  Private medical and dental care covering 70% of costs, Multisport and life insurance.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   3 to 5 years of Data Engineering experience with Databricks.  Very strong Python, SQL and PySpark skills.  Databricks with Delta Lake and DLT, plus cloud data lake and lakehouse architectures.  Experience with Azure services including ADLS, Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse, or equivalent cloud services.  REST APIs and batch and streaming ingestion.  Git, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or similar.  Strong understanding of data quality, performance tuning and scalability.  Exposure to banking, risk, regulatory reporting and analytics platforms.  Experience supporting data intensive applications for decision making and compliance.  Very good English skills.  European Union citizenship and residence in Poland.   Nice to have:   Medallion architecture, dimensional models and Data Vault.  Kafka and Event Hub streaming technologies.  Power BI and Tableau, plus Azure or Databricks certifications.
