## Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:   Manage and maintain defined customer base  Check enquiries for technical feasibility  Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations  Check incoming orders for feasibility, prices, deadlines  SAP order entry for production plants; check confirmations  Prepare and optimize delivery schedules via service centers; order entry in Sidonie  Reconcile customer requirements with finished quantities; make corrections  Manage master tape and customer stocks  Track orders through to invoicing  Liaise with production plants in France/Belgium and service centers in Luxembourg, Sersheim, Haan  Apply for and monitor credit limits; ensure timely payments  Resolve price/discount discrepancies  Handle customer complaints  Prepare costing, visit/meeting documents, statistics  Prepare forecasts  Manage customer files  Complete administrative tasks in German and English; French is a plus  Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions  Occasional travel / customer visits / factory visits   What we offer:   Hybrid work model with flexible starting hours  Bonus system and benefits: medical, pension, meal vouchers, training, sports, referral program  Stable employment in an international company  Work with experienced HR professionals across Europe  Real impact on recruitment and employer branding

## Kogo szukamy

At least a completed commercial apprenticeship and at least 3 years’ sales experience  In-depth knowledge of international trade (INCOTERMS, payment terms, export duties, etc.)  Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (particularly SAP)  Knowledge of the industry would be an advantage  Very good command of English and German in a professional context; knowledge of French is a plus  Strong customer and service focus, as well as excellent negotiation skills  Ability to work well in a team, adaptability, reliability and the ability to work independently  Excellent communication skills
