Role Overview   Senior Project Manager bridging business strategy and execution.  Navigate complex environments: international scaleups and Polish corporations, managing large-scale Fixed Price projects (2M+ PLN).  Adapt quickly, identify growth opportunities, mentor others.   Responsibilities   End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Full lifecycle of high-stakes software solutions, focus on quality and budget efficiency.  Strategic Client Ownership: Build long-term relationships, act as consultant, protect Miquido’s interests.  Financial & Scope Management: Manage budgets (Fixed Price), negotiate Change Requests, ensure healthy margins.  Business Opportunity Identification: Understand client business to identify new collaboration areas.  Operational Excellence: Refine delivery standards.  Presales & Scaling: Partner with Sales and Tech Leads to craft proposals and facilitate workshops. ## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements   6+ years PM in software house/consulting, managing large-scale high-budget projects (2M+ PLN).  Mastery of Fixed Price & T&M: balance fixed-scope with agility and risk mitigation.  Corporate & Scaleup Fluency: switch between Polish corporations and international clients.  Business Acumen: understand P&L, burn rates, impact on client bottom line.  Advanced Delivery Mindset: choose effective delivery model, ensure transparency and predictability.  Negotiation & Diplomacy: Polish Native/C1, English C1, handle C-level conversations.  Leadership: inspire accountability and trust.   Nice to have   AI Enthusiast: hands-on with AI tools for productivity.  Technical literacy for collaboration with Tech Leads and Architects.  Experience optimizing PM processes at organizational level.
