## Opis stanowiska

About the role:   Ownership of project portfolio, leading teams up to 50  Oversee portfolio delivery: consistency, efficiency, profitability, satisfaction  Maintain client relationships, handle contracts (SOWs, PO) and renewals  Act as seasoned leader, communicate with CxO/VP/Director  Understand project pricing and P&L  Mentor Project Managers   Tasks:   Manage portfolio of projects  Monitor portfolio status, prevent escalations, identify issues early  Ensure consistency, efficiency, profitability; proactive risk management and transparent reporting  Report portfolio results to Head of Delivery: on-time/on-budget, margin, client NPS  Mentor PMs and Team Leads, focusing on leadership and soft skills  Build trusted relationships with client executives (CxO/VP/Director)  Lead renewals and contract extensions, own contractual side (SOWs, PO)  Drive growth via upsell/cross-sell in accounts, participate in pre-sales  Calculate P&L for offers, review feasibility  Implement and improve delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, AI-driven)  Collaborate with Resource Management on allocations, planning, workforce strategy aligned with portfolio demand  Contribute to company-wide delivery initiatives, promote best practices  Step in to manage projects in exceptional situations (e.g., covering PM leave)

## Kogo szukamy

Must have:   Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management  Experience managing teams of at least 25 people  Knowledge of pricing models, project P&L, margin, utilization, and forecasting  Proficiency working with enterprise clients (pre-sales, presentations, negotiations)  Strong, hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and others)  A proven track record of successful project delivery, including fixed-price projects  Experience in building trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level and VP-level executives  Ability to mentor and develop Project Managers and Team Leads (leadership and soft-skills coaching)  Strong negotiation and communication skills at the management level  English at a minimum C1 level  Ability to lead strategic discussions on delivery roadmaps, operating models, risks, constraints, and long-term technology direction   Nice to have:   Certifications such as PMBoK, Prince2, Agile, or risk management  Based in Kraków or the surrounding area (or open to occasional travel for in-person workshops and meetings at our Kraków office)
