## Opis stanowiska

Project  Join an engineering team developing software used to configure, manage, and diagnose mission-critical communication systems deployed across industries such as public safety, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, retail, and logistics.  You'll work on customer-facing applications that support the full lifecycle of communication devices-from configuration and programming to maintenance and diagnostics. The team follows modern engineering practices, including Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.  You will   Develop and maintain customer-facing applications using C# and .NET  Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production releases  Contribute to the architecture and design of new features  Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team working in two-week sprints  Work with real communication devices to develop and validate new functionality  Ensure high code quality through code reviews and modern development practices

## Kogo szukamy

Must have     3+ years of professional software development experience    Strong experience with   C#   and   .NET    Good understanding of software engineering principles and best practices    Experience with   Git   version control    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    Good English communication skills    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field     Nice to have     Experience with   Microsoft SQL Server    Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)    Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices    Experience developing enterprise desktop or engineering applications
