## Opis stanowiska

Turning requirements and needs into polished interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications  Creating interactive prototypes to validate design decisions  Ensuring faithful implementation of designs alongside the frontend team  Setting design directions and proactively initiating redesigns for struggling modules  Maintaining full visual consistency across the brand and scaling UX/UI standards  Collaborating closely with the development team and in-house domain experts  Working in a flexible model: remote, hybrid, or on-site in Warsaw

## Kogo szukamy

At least 5 years of commercial experience in Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successfully commercialized projects  Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to spot outdated designs  Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, with experience expanding and scaling UX/UI standards  Ability to set directions, understand business goals, and soundly justify design decisions  Strong autonomy and full ownership of work, not looking for a management role  Fluent English for working in an international environment
