At least 5 years of commercial experience in Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications with successfully commercialized projects
Deep knowledge of current UX/UI trends and ability to spot outdated designs
Fluent in Figma and Design Systems, with experience expanding and scaling UX/UI standards
Ability to set directions, understand business goals, and soundly justify design decisions
Strong autonomy and full ownership of work, not looking for a management role
Fluent English for working in an international environment
