Own demand generation and lead capture: design funnels that build interest and convert it into leads.  Create marketing assets yourself: service offers, landing pages, blog articles, video, social posts.  Distribute where developers actually are: Reddit, forums, YouTube, LinkedIn, communities.  Launch paid and organic campaigns, read the data, and improve them.  Run PR activities around our products and services.  Work directly with sales and founders: your campaigns feed their pipeline.  Run GTM tactics in short time cycles: test, measure, keep what works, drop what does not.  Lead your projects end to end. You get a goal, not a task list.

Key requirements:   Developer context: understand how developers think, recognize names like React and Angular, know where dev communities live.  AI-first daily workflow: use AI tools and agents to research, write, automate, and analyze every day.  A 360 marketing background: content plus real exposure to social, PR, campaigns, or marketing operations.  Self-sufficient writing: produce clear English content without a copywriter behind you.  Experience in B2B IT or a similar technical environment.  Fluent English (C1+) - we market to a global audience.   Nice to have:   Experience marketing developer tools, SDKs, or technical services.  Working with engineering teams on demos, docs, or open-source presence.  Hands-on LinkedIn experience: organic, paid, or both.  A track record with demand gen metrics: MQLs, pipeline, CAC.
