About the role:    We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong ownership mindset – someone who takes full responsibility for solving problems across the entire technology stack, from concept to production. The core mission of this role is to deliver production-ready products in an AI-first environment by orchestrating AI agents that carry out most of the development work, while ensuring every solution adheres to the company’s architecture and engineering standards.

## Kogo szukamy

Key responsibilities:     AI agent orchestration    Change verification and quality assurance    Advanced debugging and troubleshooting    Ownership of testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)    Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and designers    Refactoring and technical debt management    Continuous improvement of AI workflows, agent instructions, and orchestration practices     Must have:     Experience with PHP, TypeScript, Vue/React, and Flutter    Strong knowledge of AI and experience working with AI agents    Experience with production systems    High level of ownership and responsibility
