## Opis stanowiska

Perform verification of transactions and documentation against sanctions requirements within defined timelines  Collaborate with other bank units  Ensure compliance with the procedures and rules prevailing at Citi  Active order management from receipt to completion (status tracking, handling queries, sending reminders)  Identify and escalate issues encountered during daily activities  Provide support to other teams as directed by the manager  Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets  Work in shifts (early – 7:00 AM, mid – 9:00 AM, late – 11:30 AM), including public holidays  Work in a hybrid model (up to 2 days working at home per week)

Key requirements:   Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher)  Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail  Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines  Readiness to work in shifts, including public holidays   Nice to have:   Experience in sanctions or a related area (AML, KYC, Compliance)
