## Opis stanowiska

Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.  Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.  Providing information on products and their functionality.  Entering requests into the system.  Working within project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00) with a flexible schedule based on declared availability.

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in Norwegian (B2/C1).  Excellent command of English (B1/B2).  Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV).  Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.  Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month.
