## Opis stanowiska

Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.  Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.  Providing product-related information.  Registering requests in internal systems.  Services are provided during project operating hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 8:00-14:00. Collaborators select their hours from available time slots.

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in Greek (B2/C1).  Excellent command of English (B1/B2).  Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV).  Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.  Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month.
