Location:  Kraków (3-shift schedule)   Starting Salary:  PLN 7,500    About the Role   We're looking for people who want to start a career in IT but don't yet have technical experience. No prior IT knowledge is required. We provide a  free 6-week training program  in Microsoft-based user support that will prepare you for the role from the ground up.  Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a job offer for the position of  Junior IT Support  as part of the  1st Line Support  team. Your Responsibilities      Receive and log user support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system  Resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts in a Microsoft environment  Diagnose incidents and escalate more complex issues to the 2nd Line Support team  Maintain accurate ticket documentation in accordance with established procedures  Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive user experience      What We're Looking For      Good command of English, both written and spoken  Excellent communication skills  Willingness to work in Kraków on a rotating 3-shift schedule  Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage (technical experience is not required; experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles is welcome)  Motivation to learn and develop a career in IT      What We Offer       Starting salary of PLN 7,500    Free 6-week training program  with a guaranteed job offer upon successful completion  Employee Capital Plans (PPK)  Private  Medicover  healthcare for you and your family  PLN 400 reimbursement for prescription glasses  Guaranteed  26 days of paid annual leave , regardless of seniority  Access to the  Worksmile  benefits platform with a monthly allowance of PLN 175  Attractive night shift allowance  Life insurance
