## Opis stanowiska

Leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of procurement category strategies for CIB at a global level.  Leading end to end planning and execution of sourcing projects, including requirements gathering, commercial and contractual negotiation and securing internal endorsement.  Developing and maintaining a global stakeholder network in a complex and dynamic business environment.  Understanding the internal dynamics of the supply base and driving business outcomes with subject matter expertise.  Monitoring the supplier market to identify opportunities from new product offerings or market shifts.  Leading or supporting the creation and maintenance of a pipeline of projects to achieve savings targets.  Playing a role in the continuous development and improvement of the HSBC procurement team.  Monitoring buying channel compliance and driving corrective action.

Key requirements:   Experienced in Technology sourcing  Ability to articulate, influence and translate strategic objectives into effective category strategies  Strong interpersonal and commercial skills with proven ability to build relationships  Background in leading high value, complex negotiations of IT Contracts  Robust understanding of third party contract frameworks  Results orientated with ability to navigate complex processes  Robust understanding of the financial services industry  Experience in developing and maintaining a global stakeholder network   Nice to have:   Technology Category Management experience  Software sourcing experience, including On-premise and SaaS for trading and brokerage platforms
