## Opis stanowiska

Be the primary point of contact across the full implementation lifecycle, building consultative relationships with finance directors, AP managers, and project leads.  Set expectations, manage timelines, and keep customers engaged at every stage.  Drive the full implementation cycle: initiation, design, configuration, training, UAT, and go-live.  Configure the Medius platform to match each customer's workflows (functional configuration, no coding).  Spot risks early and clear blockers before they impact delivery.  Deliver product training tailored to each team's maturity and analyse post-go-live usage data to recommend automation improvements.  Advise on AP automation best practices in plain business terms.  Partner with Sales, Product, and Support for clean handovers and feed customer insights back into product and service delivery.

## Kogo szukamy

Must-Haves:   Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS implementation, customer success, functional consulting, or professional services).  Track record of owning client relationships and delivering projects commercially.  Confident communicator — runs workshops, presents to senior stakeholders, handles tough conversations.  Strong organisation — juggles multiple customer projects without dropping quality.  Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms.  Fluent English.   Nice to Have:   Experience implementing or consulting on ERP-adjacent solutions (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics AX/F&O, Business Central, Infor M3).  Solid understanding of finance processes — AP, procurement, or spend management.  Additional European languages.
